This band and our record was like a full-time job for about a year in my late 20s, while I was in a career pivot. It is a privilege that I was able to express myself, play around with music that I found interesting, and share it with others.

We had a good run. In that year, we:

○ hauled my electric organ to many venues, including a couple of sweaty festivals, block parties, a show in Marfa (local rite of passage), and SXSW,

○ gave a public radio interview (art band rite of passage),

○ gave an arts & culture interview and photoshoot for an old-school print magazine,

○ took the commission to write the song above, and

○ received an offer for a vinyl pressing from a record label. 💅

The band parted ways before our first album was released, so no free LPs, which is my only regret.

I'm still proud of what we made, how much fun it was, and what we were able to accomplish. You can listen to the record below :) Thanks to everyone who worked on it, or helped us along the way.

Sorry to the neighbors, again.

This was major fun.

The show organ was not easy to move.
